At Canoppia Group Ltd, we work with a demand-driven approach: we only launch productive deployment when there is a solid commercial signal from the client. Our contractual sequence prioritizes security and bankability: NDA, LOI, Development Services Agreement (DSA), and Framework Offtake Agreement (FOA) with pre-agreed funding. Once these conditions are met, the local SPV is established and the project is executed.
Our key differentiaton is the ability to integrate a very diverse group of species and cultivation systems, efficiently adapting them to each context and production environment. This strength is grounded in the broad experience of its partners in revegetation, soil restoration, energy crops, and agricultural and agroforestry systems.
